When Commissioner Kelly begins his famous march up 5th Avenue - leading the 249th NYC Saint Patrick's Day Parade - he will be part of a tradition made possible entirely by the generosity of people like you. Unlike other famous parades around the nation, the New York City Saint Patrick's Day Parade is completely funded by private donations and run by volunteers, often entire families.
